The Group acquired Jilin Cinda Jindu Real Estate Co., Ltd. by way of equity acquisition, and obtained three plots A, C, and D of the Dongwan Peninsula project, with a total developable area of more than 1.3 million square meters. The entire project is built on the basis of the boutique residences that the company is good at developing and supplemented by supporting businesses. The first phase of the residential project of more than 640,000 square meters has been sold out by Wanshun Real Estate, and the remaining part of the land has been developed through strategic cooperation with Vanke. The successful acquisition of this project is also Wanshun's first attempt to cross-regional operations.
